Explosive Lil Nas X Concert Paves the Way for Bold New Roblox Experiences

On November 13 and 14, Lil Nas X dazzled the world with a virtual concert experience performed entirely within Roblox. Not only was this a first-of-its-kind achievement for both Lil Nas X and Roblox, but it attracted more than 30 million visits to this show-stopping spectacle across all four of the weekend’s performances. Lil Nas X started out with a performance of his megahit “Old Town Road” in front of a neon-lit old west backdrop before transporting fans to a spooky night locale taken straight from the “Rodeo” music video. Then it was off to the futuristic vibes of “Panini” as Lil Nas X danced with fans all across the stage. The big finale was the debut of Lil Nas X’s new hit single “HOLIDAY,” and it came with a wintry wonderland to match. Fans could ride on a present-filled conveyor belt, throw snowballs, and make merry as Lil Nas X slayed in his dashing silver Santa suit.

But that’s not all! Lil Nas X is all about his fans, so he took some time to answer questions in a fun-filled pre-concert Q&A session. He shed some light on his artistic inspirations, his favorite songs to perform, along with a whole lot more. You can watch the whole thing right here:

The behind-the-scenes content continues with a special video showing some of the planning and rehearsal that Lil Nas X went through to bring this incredible experience to life on Roblox.

The show also featured the release of a ton of great Lil Nas X-themed avatar items and emotes, including bundles for “Old Town Road,” “Rodeo,” “Panini,” and “HOLIDAY,” along with Blocky Lil Nas X—Lil Nas X’s very own personal avatar. All 30 items are available here until December 18.
