The closer we get to the Bloxys, the more excited we are to show off our groundbreaking—dare we say, electrifying—viewing event. We can’t wait any longer. Behold, our all-new virtual venue!
Welcome to the new face of the Bloxys. This is the venue where you, your friends, and up to 40 of your fellow Robloxians will be able to watch the entire award ceremony streamed in-game for the first time ever. It’ll be a fully animated show jam-packed with fabulous awards, exclusive music video premieres from some of your favorite creators on YouTube, and maybe even a couple of cool surprises we can’t get into just yet. But the show itself is just the beginning. Let’s talk about the event space itself.
All throughout the environment are special features for you and your friends to enjoy. You can take a cruise down the neon lazy river, get up to a better vantage point with the turbocharged jump pads, explore the grounds with a streaking neon scooter, find hidden Bloxy Cola and Golden Hammer collectibles, and complete quests to earn currency that you can exchange for in-game merchandise from vendors! To help you look the part for this year’s event, we’ll also be giving away two free exclusive items in the Avatar Shop to celebrate. Be on the lookout for them when they arrive on Friday, March 20.
The venue will open to the public starting Friday, March 20th at 12:00 pm PDT. On that day, you’ll be able to find a link to the game on the event page. Take a moment to get acquainted with the experience, start hunting down a few of those collectibles, and count down the seconds until the world premiere of the 7th Annual Bloxy Awards on Saturday, March 21st at 12:00 pm PDT.
