We created the Roblox Volunteer Program to give our employees an opportunity to enrich their local communities and to make a difference in the lives of others. Roblox employees can donate 1% of their time to volunteer at non-profit causes that matter to them. From assembling bikes for foster youth to mentoring a new generation of leaders, we inspire one another to build healthier, stronger communities. Our employees are passionate about contributing their talent, expertise, as well as their personal and professional time, to build a brighter future for their neighborhoods.
