We are on the verge of a classroom revolution. Roblox, as well as many other educational platforms that support user-generated content, is ushering in a new era of academic tools for students across the world. Due to an overwhelming lack of resources in schools, however, teachers are having trouble adopting these digital products into their curriculum. We want to help change that, and you can play an important role from the comfort of your own home today.

From now until August 25th, South by Southwest (SXSW) is letting the community decide who will take the stage and share their innovative ideas at its acclaimed conference and festival in Austin, Texas. You can help add our panel, “Play to Educate: Digital Platforms as Curriculum,” to SXSW’s March 2018 content lineup by casting your vote right now!

Vote for Roblox Here!

If selected, the panel will:

  • Educate teachers and parents about the importance of teaching K-12 students computer science (CS) skills.
  • Generate awareness about using digital platforms as complementary K-12 educational tools and coursework.
  • Advocate for more technologically advanced coursework by implementing learning-focused digital platforms that teach K-12 CS skills.

The PanelPicker closes on August 25, so there’s still some time left to weigh in on SXSW Conference programming. Cast your vote now to help bring the Imagination Platform to Austin!

Let’s spread the word about the power of user-generated content to more teachers everywhere. We appreciate all your help and support!
