As we announced last week, ROBLOX is teaming up with some big names in gaming to talk about user-generated content and how gamers like you are shaping the gaming industry as we know it! We’re extremely thrilled to be able to showcase ROBLOX at a huge show like SXSW, which draws in professionals and fans alike. We’ve teamed up with both Mojang’s Minecraft and Microsoft’s Project Spark to highlight all the best that user-generated content has to offer.

Our panel, You Make the Game: UGC and the Next Wave of Play, happens this Sunday, March 15 at 11 a.m. Central Time. We’ll be at the Hyatt Regency Austin in the Silker Ballroom 4, which has a ton of seats, so you should definitely come help fill them up. The best thing about the You Make the Game panel is that it’s open to the public and free to attend! You will need a wristband, which you can pick up at the door.

While you’re here, check out the amazing list of panelists we’ve got lined up:

  • David Baszucki: CEO and founder of ROBLOX (also known as Builderman)
  • Chris Hunter: known here as SmoothBlockModel, he created Don’t Blink, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and more
  • Saxs Persson: Studio Manager for Team Dakota, the studio behind Project Spark
  • Brian Perry: known on Project Spark as invisibledoogey, he’s made over 18 worlds and many awesome trailers for his Project Spark creations
  • Owen Hill: Mojang’s Chief Word Officer, Owen is the voice of Minecraft to the community
  • Lydia Winters: The Director of Fun for Mojang, Lydia works directly with the Minecraft community

We hope to see some of you there this weekend!
