Calling all ROBLOX fanatics in Orlando, Portland (the Oregon one), and Maryland! On September 13th and 14th, there are Maker Faires happening in your areas. We’ve already had enough people sign up to guarantee there will be a ROBLOX booth at all of these events, but we’re looking for a few more people to participate. Why? Because if any of these locations hits the 20-participant threshold, we get to send a member of our team to be there in the booth with you!

By helping run one of these ROBLOX booths, you get admittance into the event, a ROBLOX shirt, and an opportunity to meet ROBLOX staff and fellow builders and developers. For all the details about how this works and a link to the sign-up form, see our Events page. We’re looking, in particular, for participants at the following Maker Faires:

• September 13 & 14: Maker Faire Orlando (Orlando, FL)
• September 13 & 14: Portland Mini Maker Faire (Portland, OR)
• September 14: Silver Spring Mini Maker Faire (Silver Spring, MD)

To recap, this spring, summer, and fall, we’re hosting ROBLOX booths at Maker Faires throughout the U.S., Canada and the U.K. Here’s the cool part: the booths are being staffed by members of our community. Our builders and developers are the Makers of ROBLOX, and they know just about everything there is to know about digital creation. Plus, this format lets us introduce ROBLOX to a whole lot more people than we could alone.

There are more ROBLOX appearances at Maker Faire coming this fall. At the moment, you can sign up to participate in Faires through the month of November, including those in Milwaukee, Atlanta, Miami, and San Diego (among others). We’ll also be sending multiple staff members to Maker Faire New York on September 20th and 21st.
