A couple of people have asked about which image editing software to use. I personally use a very old version of Jasc Paint Shop Pro, but it is flakey and I am looking to replace it. What programs are you guys using to make your billboards?

When submitting your entries, please remember to make sure that they are 256 x 128. I can’t fix this for you.
